What processes do you have in place to ensure you find qualified candidates when recruiting offshore for positions in the U.S. or U.K.?

Our offshore recruiters are trained in U.S. and U.K. market standards to include compliance, job-board usage, and screening expectations. We utilize premium tools for recruiting including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Apollo.io to identify both active and passive talent. Each candidate goes through multi-level screening including skill assessment, cultural fit check, and communication evaluation, before being presented to the client. This screening process ensures quality comparable to or superior to any
in-house recruiting talent.

How do you get your offshore recruiters aligned with our internal recruiting process?

We start with a discovery session before onboarding so that we can learn your hiring process, tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva or Zoho Recruit, and workflow preferences. Then we will replicate your internal processes, SOPs, and style of reporting. You will get updates daily or weekly, shared trackers, and open communications, essentially as if these recruiters were an extension of you sitting in your own office.

In the first few weeks, most customers start seeing a noticeable increase in qualified submissions. Depending on role complexity, we typically fill 1–3 roles per recruiter, per month in the beginning. As we get to know your preferences, the recruiting team's turnaround time decreases and you see consistent improvement in the submission to hire ratio.

Data security and protection is a priority for us. Client data is processed in secure cloud environments with limited access, NDAs, and role-based permissions. Our teams follow practices that are GDPR and HIPAA compliant (where applicable), and we monitor system security on an ongoing basis to keep your business information safe and confidential.

How do you determine which marketing channels suit my business?

We begin with a digital audit-looking at your target audience, your competitors, and your current online presence. Based on that, we develop a channel strategy that leverages SEO, paid ads, and social media, working collaboratively with you. As an example, if your audience is B2B, we might focus more time on LinkedIn and Google Ads, and if they are B2C, our recommendations may skew to Instagram and Meta Ads as they prove to have a better ROI. Each campaign is unique - not replicated!
